I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CGI (Casablanca, Grand Casablanca) in Dec 2023
Interview
In a disappointing interview, the interviewer rushed through questions without allowing me to fully express myself. The lack of engagement, interruptions, and abrupt conclusion left me feeling undervalued and uncertain about the company. It showcased a lack of respect for the interview process and discouraged my interest in the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CGI (Bruxelles) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interviews went well and most of the questions were relatively easy and related to day to day work/ knowledge. Unfortunately I found their behaviour unprofessional at the end. I got an offer via teams, which didn’t seem very appealing tbh (a car but less money compared to my current job). I asked if it’s possible to get a package without a car and an official offer to see the full list of benefits. At the end I never received any offer or answer other than an automated email stating that they are not proceeding with my application. When I send an email to say that I m surprised they told me that it was because I was not interested in the car. Overall it felt like a loss of time. Why you keep inviting me to interviews when you know my current salary and you are not even willing to give me this?
