They make you do a 90 minute test that probably even the CTO of the company wouldn’t be able to pass. This is without having ever spoken on a call with anyone like a recruiter

A 90 minute test with random questions. And a coding challenge
Bad experience, interviewers are not friendly and probably they think they know the best. Recruiter doesn’t ask your feedback or comments after the interviews.
In the coding interview, interviewer was keep asking questions and trying to lead the problem even though I gave him the correct solution. He didn’t let me write and finish the code with all his interruptions. After some point, I stopped solving the problem and just answered his questions.
In system design, they say whatever you think is good for everything you can think of. It is hard to gather the requirements.
It was very hard to collaborate with these people and was a waste of time. Never going to interview with them again.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com in Mar 2022
