I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
Very well organized with detailed information on the methodology of the questions, followed by feedback sessions with HR. The first round was a phone interview of 30 minutes with HR, feedback followed the interview and received a positive outcome the next day. The second round included an interview of 30 minutes and roleplay in English and a second language ( do not panic if you finish before 1 hour, mine lasted 45 minutes but received positive feedback the next day). Final interview with senior management, less structured and more like a conversation. Overall it was the best interview process I've been through, HR has been accommodating with scheduling the interviews and detailed in providing information about the type of questions. Make sure to research the company and the role well, and be motivated to grow within the company in other departments.
