Assessment centre was very tricky to understand, the actual assessment was regarding coding and you had to apply problem solving skills to sort out the different applicable codes to the correct pairing.

Two-round interview process with first-round video call discussing motivation, technical and market awareness. Following this, there was an assessment centre with a group project and another interview. The group project was unrelated to finance and focused more on problem-solving as a team.

Assessment Centre including three interviews including one maths based assessment. Included brain teasers, competency and behavioural questions. It was virtual due to covid although very seamless process. Pre-reading was given that you had to read through before interviews started and one interview was based on the pre-reading.
