Very informal, including a tour of the shop and a meet-and-greet with some of the senior staff. Just a basic attitude and approachability review. Absolutely nothing to worry about, staff were friendly and looking for new workers.

Interview questions were not difficult - tell me about yourself, why did you choose B&M, what is your availability. Store manager was lovely and made it feel more like a conversation.
