It is a recorded online video interview. You have 3 minutes to prepare for a question, and then 2 minutes to record it. Overall the experience was good, but it depends from person to person, as I would prefer talking to a real person, because that way I am more relaxed, rather than having a one chance to record with a time limit.

Application process was quite straight forward and the portal had a good visualisation of the process. Got rejected after their Situational Strengths test, so I guess I was not really a good fit.
