Initial 1st stage is 2 assessments Critical Reasoning and Numerical Reasoning which take roughly 1 hr 30m - 2 hrs. The Numerical test is quite easy, the Critical test is more tricky. Good idea to do the example test questions to ease yourself in.
2nd Stage is a 15 minute telephone call with a HR rep, reviewing your answers on your original application and to prepare you for the 3rd stage.
3rd and final stage is a Teams interview, this is a strengths based interview with 8 set questions focused on the 4 company values, they cannot provide any further context than the question itself. They assess and score you basis your answers to these 8 questions (not the test 3 questions which they use to ease you in). The second part of the interview is 2 technical questions, both are difficult questions and you have limited time. You can ask any questions at the end.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you worked with a team who didn't work well together.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (York, Angleterre) in Nov 2024
Interview
You will be invited to complete a online assessment after they screened your CV, it is consist of a numerical reasoning test and a critical reasoning test. The numerical reasoning test is quite easy but the critical reasoning test is much harder and you should reserve at least one hour for it.
If you pass the online assessments, the next stage will be a virtual interview. They will give you some warm up questions then strength based interview, the key point is Aviva's four values, Care, Commitment, Community and Confidence. The technical interview is quite simple for me, you should demonstrate your ability to be a 'pricing consultant'. You can ask any questions at the end.
