Interview
First round : codility test, three question mostly it will be in array and tray.
Second round: a telephonic interview general discussion on topics which were mentioned in JD
Third round : Again data structure and general programming ..
Fourth round: system design .. I was confused what it is required to design
Fifth round : Again system design, this round was the best one of the lot.
Sixth round : I don't know why this round was there a confused guy asking confused question ..

Interview
Initial call with recruiter was standard and somewhat helpful. However, there could have been more communication around the technical requirements (like using WebEx). Then there was the phone screen. It was very difficult to understand the words of interviewer. And it seemed as if the question and answer was picked for the interviewer. Since follow-up questions were difficult for the interviewer to answer. They also seemed frustrated at my questions.

Took a significant about of time to understand what was being asked. After a long time just trying to decipher the question, it seemed to be 'How to print given set of numbers in postfix format'.

Interview
The interview was easy. But a lot of unprofessionalism showed by them. Didn't expected such behavior from such a big giant.
In the very first call they gathered all info about my profile, role,aspirations etc. I was excited for the interview. The day I reached there , the very first round was again HR Praful, since interview panel was not available. I again cleared all my roles and aspirations and he asked me to fill one long oNline form.
First round was written - easy.
After clearing 2 rounds , I was asked that I would be having a Skype managerial round.
But guess what ,they called me and told that we took your interview for a junior role by mistake And again you have to appear for the interview .Again I appeared and cleared the rounds and at last they told me we can't offer you the already held offer by you.
Don't understand why you waste others and yours time as well.Well that's your job but not mine to appear for such interview by taking leaves for these kind of stupidity.
Really , I don't understand why HR even exists if you have such kinda attitude. I feel good when people take offer from you and then don't join you because you deserve such unprofessionalism.
