I interviewed at American Express (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
The process was structured and professional. After submitting my application online, I was invited to complete an initial online assessment followed by a HireVue video interview. The questions were competency-based and focused on leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and motivation for joining Amex.
The communication throughout was clear and timely — I always knew what the next steps would be. The interviewers were friendly and made the experience feel conversational rather than intimidating. Overall, the process felt fair, transparent, and gave me a good insight into Amex’s collaborative culture.
Round 1 - Technical
Round 2 - Behavioral
It was an easy interview with focus on basic DBMS and OS concepts and resume grilling. The flow was smooth and interviewers were giving hints wherever required.
