Interview
The interview was a 3-hour interview for 45mins each. It was only behavioral. I spoke to four interviewers and they ranked from operation managers to directors in Amazon operations.
In addition, prior to the interview, I completed a scenario-based assessment and psychometric test.

Tell you about a time you failed and you used your learnings to succeed in another task.
Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.

Interview
Recruiter screening followed by an interview loop. All behavioural questions. The interview loop consists of four back-to-back interviews that take like 4-5 hours; it's mostly conversations surrounding LPs. Give quantifiable figures in your stories and use STAR method to answer questions.

this was a pretty easy questions -- straight from the leadership principles. if you dont have these google it and use it to do the star method for your preparation.
