I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Erie, PA) in May 2022
Interview
The interview consisted of two round interviews. The interview was mostly based on the core values of Amazon. So be prepared to answer the question based on those core values. The start format will be very useful with the questions they ask.

Question 1
Are you confident in your ability to oversee and create schedules for over 200 resources?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process was pretty well organized and professional. It began with a little pre brief session led by a recruiter explaining the structure and expectations for the day. Then, I had two back to back behavioral interviews with Amazon Operations managers. Each interview focused heavily on Amazon’s Leadership Principles and used the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The questions were scenario-based, asking for specific examples from past experiences in school, work, or extracurricular activities. The overall tone was conversational but demanding, and preparation around the Leadership Principles was key. Preparing by having a bunch of scenarios ready and memorized is very helpful.
