Generic online application followed up by a fairly difficult online timed test.
This was followed by 3x30 minute interviews with different managers from varying levels.
All asked different competency based from leadership principles, followed by a discussion about the business.
Very streamlined process and communication was excellent at all points.

40 min of leadership questions. You just need to show your self how you can lead a group of associates in the area. It is only about 40-60 min interview so its nice.
