No appraisal and promotion to the deserving candidates. No proper assessment and evaluation of the employees and PIP process on hard working and good resources who have a voice of their own.

first round is a Technical round , easy to indermediate questions like variable , oops concept and pointers, basic data design and basic coding in python and hr round, salary discussion ,location , shift timing ect
