I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Aug 2023
Interview
The overall process was pathetic, the HR had asked me to book a slot per my work schedule and so it was booked after a week. Scheduled interview was of 1 hour but it ended in 40 minutes, add to it, the interviewer joined 5-7 minutes late. Extremely unprofessional and uninterested, seemed like he was taking the interview just for the sake of it. After the interview, he said that I quote "I am satisfied, you will hear from the HR soon". As soon as the interview was over, my status had changed to 'Rejected' for a skill that I'd not even interviewed for. Not to mention any skill, I had interviewed for skill 'A' and was rejected for skill 'Z'. Insane stuff, just wasted my time.
