First round was written test which was very easy to clear. out of 2500, 2000 got selected then 2nd stage was group interview in which basic HR questions were asked. 575 selected at last.

They conduct a three- round process for most of the positions. - 2 HR rounds and a manager ops round - Aptitude/ test on the field for accounts or engineer students when those positions arises. It is easy if your are bold and brave enough. They mostly observe your way of response and how you phrase your answers intelligently. You mostly just have to be aware of the company , about yourself and what you exactly do and mean to do, and also about the way you describe your background/life and hobbies must make them like you.
