An interview with you, one person leading and asking questions and another note taking. Usual interview questions along with a test phone call, they will give you a form to assist you in this test phone call, it’s just so they can see how you handle calls I think. Pretty simple, nothing too difficult.

Interview
Telephone interview was great. A lot of insights about the company were shared, very good first impressions. Slow on the follow up feedback but feedback was eventually received as well which isn’t common there days.
2-stage process: Reserving team 1) Informal call with head of commercial reserving 2) Technical interview with an exercise using some software skills. This stage can take at least 2 to 3 hours
