It was a friendly discussion and focused only in the open position. Many may find this a good thing, but to me it felt like they are in a hurry to find someone and just do the job. I was never asked about why in the first place, I applied to the company, my background, nothing. The SEO team apparently is in a really initial stage without even clear responsibilities, so maybe considering moving forward a candidate to the 2nd phase of the interview, so they will have the chance to actually talk about SEO with someone who knows more about it.
