I applied to Auto1 online and was contacted by a recruiter on the same day. She was friendly and helped answer my basic questions in our phone interview. She wasn’t as well versed in the specifics of the PM strategy and software development cycle so I saved those questions for my onsite interview. I met a senior PM at their Berlin location. While the interview was fine, it definitely was not the right cultural fit.

I interviewed with recruiter online and after that didn't hear back from them. I followed up 2 times but they didn't respond! It's the second time i had interview with them that they didn't answer. It's not respectful!

4. zeit für meine fragen
nette TA person, die interessiert schien mich kennenzulernen, und offen für weitere fragen war.
etwas komisch, dass es nur ein telefonat (und kein videogespräch war)

What experience do you have with data-driven project management?
Interview with someone from HR that even read my CV before, really bad start, very unprofessional, then asked about if i had done some courses and one kind of example, the first thing that caught my attention was that the position was offered remote, but in the interview suddenly was hybrid, what you can expect from a company that start lying from the begging, just a cheap technique from Auto1 to offer positions as remote to get many applicants and show In LinkedIn as demanded, when the remote position is a lie.
