Phone interview with a couple of managers and then interview on site.
They refunded me the overall costs and they took me to have lunch with a manager.
Basic personal questions and some info on basic programming skills.
Not very hard.

The first few interviews are non-technical and mainly focused on the consultant role expectation.
The following interviews are more slightly more technical regarding to your role, generally easier interview difficulty.

Interview
The interview involved three rounds of video interviews, about an hour each. Overall they blended into one as the content and questions asked were often very similar. Took around a month to complete to complete everything. The offer was exceptionally low for the field and what was being asked and so I declined
