Interview duration was around 50-60 minutes, most of the questions were based on my academic, work experience and ALTEN's values. The hiring manager was really kind and helpful. However, I think it was an interview for upcoming roles at ALTEN but not the available ones at that time. They told me to fill out my profile page in detail at their website and expect feedback within 4 weeks.

What attracts you to in this role? What did you do in your previous work experience? What was the thing that you liked most about that? Which position do you want to consider in the company? What are you passionate about on daily basis such as hobbies and etc.? What are the values of ALTEN?
Interview over teams. Interview was quite easy, not too stressful. No particularly difficult questions. As long as you understand what the company does and the job role, you should be okay.
