I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Londres, Angleterre) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very smooth and easy process, got called up about the opportunities and the first interview at the offices were mainly to discuss my skills and what I could offer them, and subsequently see if i could fit into any of their current projects.
Interview over teams. Interview was quite easy, not too stressful. No particularly difficult questions. As long as you understand what the company does and the job role, you should be okay.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Derby, Angleterre) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interview duration was around 50-60 minutes, most of the questions were based on my academic, work experience and ALTEN's values. The hiring manager was really kind and helpful. However, I think it was an interview for upcoming roles at ALTEN but not the available ones at that time. They told me to fill out my profile page in detail at their website and expect feedback within 4 weeks.
