I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Sarasota, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Applied online, then received a confirmation email that application was recieved, then received an email after about 2 weeks telling me that I was selected to participate in a group interview . I went to the group interview and there about 10/11 people there. We stood around about a few minutes after the stated start time & then we were interviewed individually in the store office by the store manager. The questions were generic, asked about how fast I could work and if I had any issue with offered constructive critiques after each shift. I got hired and that took about another 2 weeks after the group interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI in Oct 2023
Interview
Straight forward and very welcoming did a store tour as well as speaking to different managers which made starting easier. Didn’t need to do a trial shift but some people do. Didn’t start for a couple weeks after being offered job
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Wigan, Angleterre) in Feb 2024
Interview
Longwinded written application. Short automated video interview. Face to face interview with area manager. Felt it was only at round 3 anyone actually looked at my CV. The website leads you to believe there is scope for some flexible working but they seemed very against that in interview and despite all my relevant skills and experience and willingness to cover and be flexible for them they really do not want to reciprocate that despite what the website says. Face to face interview involved some questions on experience, what do you think makes a good store associate and to be honest too many personal questions for my liking
