I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Alexandria, VA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I arrived to a hiring event hosted by Aldi. I was told to return 2 hours later for an interview. I arrive at that interview only a minute off of the scheduled time; the woman who was going to have the interview says this implies I'll have a tendency to be late in the future and didn't want to interview me any longer. Probably made up an excuse not to take my interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Alsip, IL) in May 2017
Interview
Applied through in-person hiring event, which is just people coming in to fill out applications. I brought a resume and was dressed nicely. They called me back for an in-person first round interview, which was awkward with 2 other applicants with DM and DM Intern. They mostly walked through the resume and application to ask some clarification questions and laid out the expectations of Store Associates. Second interview was with Store Manager for location they wanted to place me at. Similar questions, but allows Store Manager to get a feel for you. Third interview was again with DM, DM Intern, and an Operations boss with more involved and situational questions. The process was lengthy and they only call you if you make it to the next round of interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Manchester, Angleterre) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied online and took a quiz, did an interview in person, they just asked a few questions about why I wanted to work there, the history of Aldi and asked somethings that were on my application like hobbies and A Levels. Then I had to go a store experience, it was okay but the work was pretty hard.
