I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Londres, Angleterre) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online, then got an email a month later telling me that I was successful. Picked an interview date from the slots available, then had a face to face interview with the area manager on that date. Recieved a call that I had been successful soon after the interview, then returned two weeks later for a trial run. Around a week or so later, got offered the job and went to the store to pick up the fundamentals such as the uniform.

Interview
Applied online, filled in a situational awareness quiz and real life scenarios.
They are looking for a particular type of individual with a can-do attitude.
They basically want to make sure you are competent enough to answer basic questions and do math under pressure. They also want to know how you work around others and if you how much/anything about them as a company.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Berwick, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Group interview, basic maths test and they asked what we knew about ALDI. This didn't work well in a group environment as when it got to me (I was the 4th person) everyone else had already stated everything I knew about the company. Then we were required to do a practice shift, at the interview, which was around an hour long and basically was us doing a job for free however doing this the manager had already clearly picked a favourite, gave her the best job to do and vocally said to other members of staff 'she's the one' in front of the rest of us. Extremely poor interviewing skills.
