ALDI Sales Assistant interview questions

3 step process, phone interview, interview with the area manager and interview with the store manager. Was told I almost certainly had the job, they were really impressed, talked through contract hours holidays and training etc then got an email a week later saying I was unsuccessful and couldnt be given feedback. Entire process lasted over 2 months, total waste of time. Saw this same story apply to many other people too.

Applied online, following that had to record myself and answer questions why you would like to work for Aldi. Next phone interview was quick and just asked questions and about past experience. Face to face interview.
