ADP Outside Sales Representative interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn with several messages. After a little back & forth I agreed to do a phone interview. Lasted about 15 minutes & the questions were pretty basic. Mostly about my sales training & experience. She ended it by telling me my next interview would be with the district manager in the next few weeks. She also said she would be in touch over the next couple days. That’s the last I heard from her. I sent several follow emails, LinkedIn messages & received no reply. Not even a message to tell me I was out of consideration. This company obviously thinks ghosting potential employees is a good strategy. It wasted weeks of my time when I could have been looking for another position. Don’t waste your time with this company, they clearly don’t value yours.
