I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Consisted of 3 interviews, a ride along, and a mock sales meeting with the sales director. They were all very friendly but you could tell it was a competitive atmosphere. They wanted people who were aggressive and direct. Eye contact, clear and concise questions, and an easy smile will give you a good shot at the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They wanted to know the difference between sales and marketing, what your approach to a sale was, and if you were good at reading people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
The hiring process was a good experience. Because the entire company is all about recruiting, they do take the steps in the process seriously. Knowing someone or connecting with an actual employee can be very helpful. They hire people to work in the Findlay office and also to work from home. You have to be very experienced to get an offer to work from home. You might want to consider starting as a Client Releationship Manager. They like to promote from within, but do hire some people from the outside. If you do not meet all of the skills required, you most likely will not be hired.

Question 1
I don't recall any specific questions, but you need to be prepared to do Behavorial Based Interviewing and answer tough questions about your knowledge of recruiting and management.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP in Jul 2010
Interview
There was a personal interview and a group interview. Every interview would be different for the job position. Make sure you look professional, polished, wear fashionable-young looking, but not flashy clothes.
Initial communications and interview process went easily, but took long in between interviews. There were scheduling problems with management interviews. Fast paced, always changing, as all customer service jobs are - no surprise there. Listen to management closely. This will decide if you are well treated.
