Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Projets F/H pour notre Département Tenant Rep à Lyon

Missions
Au sein de notre département Conseil aux Utilisateurs, vous rejoindrez une équipe à forte valeur ajoutée qui conseille des entreprises françaises et internationales dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de leurs stratégies immobilières en régions.
Vos responsabilités

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous missions seront :
Détecter des opportunités d’affaires auprès de prospects ou clients existants et leur proposer un accompagnement sur-mesure par rapport aux différents enjeux immobiliers soulevés (réduction de surfaces, rationalisation des implantations, maintien avec renégociation du bail, prise à bail etc…)
Orchestrer l'ensemble des expertises JLL (Agence, Capital Markets, Tetris, Workplace, Project & Development Services, etc.) ainsi que notre réseau de partenaires au niveau national et international pour apporter une solution sur-mesure aux enjeux immobiliers de nos clients.
En concertation avec votre manager, vous élaborez les réponses aux consultations clients (appels d’offres) et participez aux soutenances / présentations commerciales
Intervenir sur des missions de conseil stratégique en appréhendant les dimensions financières, juridiques et organisationnelles des projets immobiliers
Animer les échanges avec les clients et produire les livrables (études d’opportunités) d'aide à la décision destinés aux directions immobilières en maîtrisant les outils technologiques mis à disposition par JLL
Piloter la mise en œuvre transactionnelle : recherche de locaux pour nos clients en supports avec les équipes de consultants JLL ou avec les partenaires JLL lorsque la recherche s’opère sur des territoires non couverts à l’offre par JLL

Votre profil
Diplômé(e) d'un Master 2 (Bac +5) en économie, finance, droit, immobilier, école de commerce ou équivalent), vous disposez d'une première expérience d’au moins deux ans dans le secteur de l’immobilier d’entreprise.
Qualités recherchées

• Autonomie et proactivité
• Rigueur
• Sens du service client et du travail en équipe
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles
• Maîtrise avancée de la suite Office (notamment Excel pour les modélisations financières type Cash-Flows et PowerPoint pour la production des études d’opportunités)
• Anglais fluent obligatoire
