About the Role:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of products and services to customers within a defined territory. While the role covers a specific territory, all customer interactions will be conducted remotely (video meetings, phone calls, and digital channels). You will engage directly with customers to introduce them to our offerings, build rapport, and drive sales. Your role is crucial in generating new business and nurturing existing relationships to help us achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured direct sales activities primarily through remote channels (video calls, phone, and digital communication).
• Demonstrate and present our products/services to potential customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and interests.
• Meet sales targets and objectives as directed by management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and revising lead generation plans to build a robust pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Complete necessary sales documentation and reporting.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
